Information the site does not ask for
You can browse databases, guides, maps, and tools without registering. The site does not ask for your game password, Steam password, payment card, billing profile, or advertising account. Do not submit those details through contact email or any site control.
The public site does not create a server-side player profile. Tool settings such as selected filters or saved build configurations are browser preferences tied to the device and browser profile where you used them.
Local save-file processing
When you choose a supported Slot .db file, the browser reads and decrypts it in a local web worker. Raw file bytes are not uploaded to this site's server and are not stored in IndexedDB or localStorage. The worker is terminated after parsing, and the interface keeps only the normalized fields needed for supported quest, inventory, Familiar, achievement, team, treasure, and progress views.
That normalized snapshot is stored in your browser's IndexedDB so the Adventure Book, Quests, and Progress pages can reuse one import. It excludes the original file, its path, credentials, payment data, and unknown database fields. Importing another file replaces the active local snapshot; clearing imported progress or site data removes it from that browser.
Browser storage, cookies, and controls
The site may use IndexedDB and localStorage for functions you request, including the normalized save snapshot, map layers and search choices, build configurations, language-related navigation, and other interface preferences. This local storage helps restore your workspace on a later visit and is not a cookie-based game account.
You can remove these records through the relevant clear control where provided or by clearing this site's data in your browser. Blocking browser storage may prevent saved filters, builds, or imported progress from being restored, but public reference pages should remain readable.
Hosting logs and external services
Like most hosted websites, the hosting and security layer may process an IP address, user agent, requested URL, time, referrer, and error or abuse diagnostics needed to deliver pages, prevent attacks, and investigate failures. These operational records are not combined with the locally normalized save snapshot by this site.
External links open services with their own privacy practices. We do not control the cookies or records created after you leave this domain. The hosting provider may keep operational logs for its configured security and reliability period; this site does not use them to build a game-player profile.
Advertising, consent, retention, and questions
Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and Google AdSense integrations are configured to measure visits, page use, device or browser context, performance, aggregate engagement, and advertising delivery. Google and Vercel may receive identifiers plus technical request or event information under their own policies. This site does not combine the normalized local save snapshot with analytics or advertising data, and it does not claim that a particular cookie is always used because storage varies by region, consent, provider configuration, and browser.
Where consent is legally required, optional advertising or measurement storage must wait for a compliant consent mechanism that lets visitors accept, reject, or revisit their choices. Local records remain until you replace them, clear them in the interface, or remove site data in the browser.
